How You Can
Learn Mindfulness

I’m delighted to be offering both 1:1 and group mindfulness sessions at Waterloo Court, creating a welcoming, supportive space for people to pause, reconnect, and nourish their wellbeing.

You can learn to practise mindfulness through a structured 8-week programme, available either 1:1 or in a small, supportive group, with the first group starting in September 2025. Alternatively, you’re welcome to drop in for individual sessions whenever you need.

To book a session or find out more, please email me at hello@kerry-chamberlain.com.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice that helps people find a sense of calm amid the ups and downs of life. Through teachings and guided practice, you’ll develop skills to work with your thoughts, emotions, breath, and body, meeting them with presence, patience, and self-compassion.

Mindfulness is especially beneficial for those who are:

  • Living with stress, anxiety, or low mood

  • Experiencing burnout, overwhelm, emotional fatigue and/or reactivity

  • Struggling with sleep problems or chronic fatigue

  • Managing long-term conditions where stress worsens symptoms (e.g. IBS or digestive health issues, high blood pressure, obesity, fibromyalgia, chronic pain or tension, psoriasis).

About Me

I'm Kerry, a Mindfulness Teacher with a background in Health Coaching and Biological Sciences. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices that support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, and I'm passionate about making mindfulness accessible and relevant to everyday life.

My interest in mindfulness began alongside my undergraduate and master’s studies in Biology and Sustainable Resources, where I became curious about the relationship between human wellbeing and the natural world. This led me to train as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, working within the NHS to support people on their holistic health journeys.

Since then, I’ve continued to develop my skills in mindfulness and meditation, working with clients to cultivate presence, compassion, and resilience amid life's challenges. I believe in the value of simple, grounded practices that reconnect us with ourselves and our environment, and that even small moments of awareness can have a meaningful impact.

Alongside my professional work, I have a deep appreciation for nature, seasonal living, and gentle contemplative practices, which often weave their way into my sessions in a light and accessible way.
