If you are experiencing dizziness, vertigo (room spinning), balance disturbances, or unsteadiness when walking as a result of a vestibular condition, our specialist services can assist you. Vestibular disorders impact the inner ear and regions of the brain responsible for balance and eye movement control, often leading to symptoms that significantly disrupt daily life. What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?

Vestibular rehabilitation is an evidence-based approach for treating balance and dizziness disorders. Using targeted exercises and specialised manoeuvres, we help manage conditions such as BPPV, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuritis, migraines, and chronic dizziness. Our personalised programmes aim to restore balance, improve stability, and reduce your risk of falls.

Preparing for your appointment

During your initial appointment, you will undergo a thorough evaluation of your symptoms and medical history. This comprehensive assessment, including targeted diagnostic tests, ensures that your treatment plan is precisely tailored to your individual needs. With the nature of the assessment possibly causing momentary symptoms, we advise that someone should bring you to your appointment.

Payment

Initial Assessment (up to 1 hour): £90

Follow up (up to 30 minutes): £60
