Since qualifying in 1998, I have worked in a wide range of sport, health, fitness, and rehabilitation roles.
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people, from elite athletes recovering from sporting injuries to individuals looking to improve their everyday quality of life. I use a combination of massage and rehabilitation techniques, alongside mindfulness practices, to support physical
recovery while also reducing stress and anxiety
My mission is simple: to help people improve their wellbeing through therapeutic treatments, exercise, and practical fitness advice.
I focus on educating my clients about the benefits of self-care,
massage therapy, mindfulness, and regular movement.
